Position for Sales Executive
Job Description

SALES EXECUTIVE / EAST LONDON - A well-established company seeks the skills of a self-motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative with the ability to build excellent Customer relationships and achieve Targets. Employment Equity selection process will apply. Must be willing to travel Transkei and surrounding areas i.e.: Queenstown, Whittlesea, Stutterheim, Maclear, Elliot, Ugie, Dordrecht, Tarkastad, Kei Mouth, Komga, East London on a weekly basis and stay over +- 6 times a month, have valid Code 08 and have own reliable vehicle.



Minimum Requirements


Existing Network of relationships in Food Retail/Catering Industry Advantageous


Previous external sales experience within the FMCG / Retail industry


Further Studies in Sales and Marketing advantageous


Fluent in English – Read, Speak and Write


Ability to speak and understand Xhosa advantageous


Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle


Ability to travel and be out of town for 1 or 2 nights per week


Innovative and Strategic Thinker


Good Computer Skills


Successful track record



Responsibilities:


Achieving Sales Targets by developing and implementing successful Sales Strategy


Maintain excellent Product Knowledge to meet Customer Requirements.


Acquire and secure New Customers


Ensure Excellent Customer Service standards are met.


Package: Basic R12k, Car allowance R5 500 plus incentive calculated on GP achieved over branch
